What the filings show
There is nothing to show. A search of SEC EDGAR’s company database for “ClaimGlide” returns no matching companies, and a full text search of EDGAR for the phrase “ClaimGlide” across Form D filings returns zero results. No related entity, such as a fund or SPV formed around the company, was found either. The $500,000 figure that appears below comes from PitchBook, a commercial data provider, and is not confirmed by any primary securities filing.
Reading the filings
- No Form D exists to read.Companies that raise money under Section 4(a)(2) rather than Regulation D, or that structure an accelerator investment as a note or simple agreement that has not yet converted, can go without filing a Form D at all. That gap does not by itself mean no money moved, only that no public filing confirms it.
- The reported number is close to a known standard.Y Combinator’s publicly described standard deal for its batches has, in recent years, generally been in the range PitchBook’s $500,000 figure would fit, though PitchBook does not cite a source document for the exact amount here and ClaimGlide has not confirmed a number itself.
- One investor, one deal, one employee.Every source reviewed agrees the company is a single founder operation with a single institutional backer. That is consistent with a company still in the batch itself rather than one that has closed a priced seed round.
- No Series Seed or priced round has been announced.Lindquist’s own January 2026 post announced the Y Combinator acceptance and asked for customer introductions. It did not announce a dollar amount, a lead investor beyond Y Combinator, or a valuation.

What to watch
- A first Form D, which would be due within 15 days of any first sale of securities under Regulation D.
- Confirmation, from the company itself, of the $500,000 accelerator figure that currently rests on a third-party data provider.
- Any priced seed round following the Winter 2026 demo day cycle.
- Whether a second founder or early employee joins, changing the single-employee, single-investor profile on record today.
