Reading the filings
- The one Form D under this name is somebody else’s.Eight investors bought $94,999,993 of a $100,000,000 offering, about $11.9 million each. Those are growth round cheques, not seed cheques for a two person team in Mumbai. TechCrunch reported on November 3, 2021 that Notable had raised $100 million at a $600 million valuation, led by ICONIQ Growth, with Pranay Kapadia as co-founder and chief executive. The Form D was filed two days later. Virtual Vocations lists the employer as Zealth, Inc. DBA Notable Health, founded 2017 in San Mateo. The match is to Notable, not to Zealth.
- The Zealth in this profile has filed nothing with the SEC.Its parent is Zealthlife Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and its operating arm is an Indian subsidiary. A Regulation D notice is only required for an offering sold into the United States, so the absence is expected, not suspicious. It does mean there is no filed document anywhere that states what this company raised or from whom.
- What is documented is small and it is old.Databases record one $100,000 cheque in May 2020, a Y Combinator entry in March 2021, and two undisclosed venture events in mid 2021 and at the start of 2022. Totals land at $225,000 or $230,000 depending on the source. Nothing has been recorded since January 2022, four and a half years ago.
- The investor lists do not agree.PitchBook names Pravega Ventures, Goodwater Capital, Y Combinator, Antler and a Google accelerator. CB Insights names Pravega Ventures, Y Combinator, Chiratae Ventures, Antler and a Google.org accelerator. Both count around six investors for a total under a quarter of a million dollars, which is a number of names that does not fit the size of the money.
- The only audited figure is Indian.Zealthlife Technologies India Private Limited, CIN U72900MH2020FTC342404, reported revenue of 51.78 lakh rupees for the year ended March 31, 2025, up 55 percent, on paid up capital of 14.62 lakh rupees with no charges registered against it. That is roughly $60,000 of annual revenue, consistent with an advisory practice rather than a software business.

What to watch
- Whether the Singapore parent is wound up or kept alive alongside the advisory work.
- FY 2026 accounts for the Indian subsidiary, due after March 31, 2026, as the test of whether advisory revenue keeps growing.
- Any correction to the database entries that credit Zealth with a Form D it never filed.
- Whether the CareShare software or its dataset is sold or licensed to another operator.
