What the filings show
No Form D was found for MediSearch. The records file for this profile holds none, and the one Form D surfaced by a name search, filed in August 2022, belongs to Medivis, Inc. of New York and is unrelated. No US entity name for MediSearch was confirmed, so a filing under another name cannot be ruled out.
Two Companies House entries are named Medisearch Limited. The 2021 company was dormant and dissolved in March 2025, and the 2008 company has different officers. Neither is linked to the founders. No share allotments for this company were found.
Reading the filings
- The $500,000 has no filing behind it.Signalbase reports $500,000 and names no investors. PitchBook gives the same raised-to-date figure and five investors but leaves the round amounts blank. The two probably describe the same money, though neither source says so.
- The dates do not line up.PitchBook dates the accelerator entry January 2023, while Y Combinator calls the company S23, meaning Summer 2023. The Signalbase item is dated March 2026, but it may only be when the aggregator posted it.
- Investor list versus check size.Five investors and $500,000 is at most $100,000 each if all five joined this round, and less if the accelerator money is included. That arithmetic assumes the figure is complete, which is not established.
- The revenue number is an estimate.GetLatka’s $1.5M for 2024 is labeled an estimate from public sources and proprietary models. It shows funding of $0, which conflicts with PitchBook, so the page is not reliable on capital.
- Location complicates the search.Companies list London and San Francisco. A UK parent or a Delaware entity would each file in a different place, and neither was found.

- A company or investor announcement stating amount, date and lead.
- Named API customers or paid enterprise contracts.
- Any correction to the London and San Francisco base.
