Deep Meditate
One Y Combinator accelerator investment is the only funding on the public record for this meditation app, and even that number depends on which data aggregator is asked. No Form D has ever been filed under the company’s name.

What the filings show
No SEC Form D appears for “Deep Meditate,” “Deep Meditate, Inc.,” or for the founder Advait Saravade in a full text search of SEC EDGAR run September 25, 2026. That absence covers every form type, not only Form D. The Google Play store’s developer information lists the entity name as “Deep Meditate, Inc.” with a registered address at 2093A Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, Delaware, a mail drop commonly used by registered agents for Delaware corporations, and a United States phone number in the 650 area code, which covers the San Francisco Bay Area. A Delaware corporation of this kind would ordinarily be the vehicle for any US securities offering, so the absence of a Form D under that name is notable rather than incidental.
Reading the record
- No filing exists.A company structured as a Delaware corporation and taking a Y Combinator investment would typically file a Form D for that round under Regulation D. None has been found for Deep Meditate at any point since its 2018 or 2019 founding.
- The two figures differ by a third.$200,000 is about 33 percent more than $150,000. Both figures describe the same March 2020 date and the same single investor, Y Combinator, so the gap sits entirely in how each aggregator counted or rounded the deal.
- Only one investor is named, anywhere.Across CB Insights, PitchBook, FundedIQ and a further aggregator profile, Y Combinator is the sole investor ever attached to Deep Meditate’s name. No angel, no seed fund, no later round appears in more than five years of public tracking.
- Two addresses, two stories.PitchBook and a related aggregator list a Walnut, California suite as the corporate office, while Google Play’s own developer record lists a Delaware registered-agent address. Neither address is where the product was reportedly built: BetaKit’s 2020 reporting ties the founder to Ottawa, and Y Combinator’s current page lists Waterloo.

What to watch
- A first Form D, or confirmation that the company has always raised outside Regulation D.
- Whether the $150,000 versus $200,000 gap is ever corrected by one of the aggregators tracking it.
- Any investor beyond Y Combinator entering the record.
- A public statement settling the company’s founding year and headquarters.
