Arctic Health
A pre-Series A credentialing startup with a Y Combinator seat and a small reported raise. There is no SEC Form D on file under this name, so the only funding figures on record come from a private data aggregator, not from public filings.
Data as of September 25, 2026. Company-reported and aggregator-reported figures are labeled.

What the filings show
Nothing, as of this writing. An EDGAR company-name search for “arctic health” restricted to Form D returned zero filers, and an EDGAR full-text search for the phrase “Arctic Health” across all filing types also returned zero hits, both queried on September 25, 2026. No CIK, no offering amount, no investor count and no related-persons list are available from the SEC for this company under this name.
The only quantified funding figure on record is PitchBook’s, which states Arctic Health has raised $500K to date and lists two completed deals, one categorized as Accelerator/Incubator and one as Early Stage VC, both marked “Generating Revenue” stage. PitchBook’s page does not show a date, a per-deal amount, or a post-money valuation for either deal on its public view, and its written company description on the same page, which refers to a “digital healthcare data collaboration platform” for genomic and clinical datasets, does not match Arctic Health’s own description of itself as a credentialing and payer-contracting company. That mismatch suggests PitchBook’s narrative summary may be mixing in data from a different, similarly named entity, even where its investor and funding-total fields are specific to this company.
Reading the filings
- There is nothing to file, or nothing filed yet.A Form D is only required for a Regulation D offering, and companies that raise under other exemptions, or whose YC deal and any note round have not yet crossed a reporting trigger, can legitimately show no EDGAR record at all. The absence does not by itself mean no money moved.
- An accelerator check counts as a round here.PitchBook logs Y Combinator’s own investment as one of Arctic Health’s two deals. Y Combinator’s standard deal for its batches is a fixed small package for a set equity stake, which would make up a meaningful share of any $500K total if that figure includes it.
- The named investors match the batch story.Fortitude Ventures and Menlo Ventures are the two outside investors PitchBook names for the Early Stage VC deal. Neither is described anywhere else in the sources gathered here, and no press release naming them as Arctic Health backers was found independently of PitchBook.
- The company profile itself does not mention any of this.Arctic Health’s own website and its Y Combinator profile describe the product and the team in detail but state no funding total, no investor names and no round name anywhere in the pages fetched for this profile.
- records.json turned up nothing usable.Every NIH, NSF, FDA, clinical trial and PubMed record pulled for “Arctic Health” belongs to unrelated circumpolar or Norwegian Arctic-region health research, confirming this company has no federal grant or regulatory record separate from its private financing.

What to watch
- Whether a Form D or Form D/A appears under Arctic Health’s own name as any round grows.
- Confirmation, from a source other than PitchBook, of Fortitude Ventures and Menlo Ventures as investors.
- Named provider group, health system or CVO customers.
- Whether the site’s conflicting 2 day and 7 day submission claims get resolved.
