Dashlabs.ai
A Manila clinic and lab software company that has raised a reported 1.39 million dollars across an accelerator check and two early rounds, none of it visible in an SEC Form D. Here is what the third-party trackers show, and what a public-records search could not find.

What the filings show
No SEC Form D was found. An EDGAR full text search for “Dashboard Labs Corporation,” “Dashlabs” and “Dashlabs.ai,” and an EDGAR company search for “dashboard labs,” “dashlabs” and “dash labs” run on September 25, 2026 returned no matching issuer. The only close name match, “Dash Labs, Inc.,” is a New York Regulation Crowdfunding filer from 2018 with no apparent connection to this company. Everything below comes from third-party deal trackers, not from a primary regulatory filing.
Reading the numbers
- No Form D despite a reported cap table.PitchBook names six institutional or family-office investors and $1.39M raised, but no Form D under Dashboard Labs Corporation or any close variant turns up in EDGAR. A company that raises entirely from non-US investors through a non-US entity, or that relies on an exemption outside Regulation D, is not required to file one, so the absence does not by itself mean the reported rounds did not happen.
- The seed and the “early stage” deal may be one round told twice.Bouncewatch dates a ₱65.0M seed round to November 15, 2021, naming ADB Ventures, JG Summit Holdings, Immeasurable and Good News Ventures. PitchBook separately dates a $1.26M Early Stage VC deal to February 15, 2022, without naming which investors took part. ₱65.0M converts to roughly $1.2M to $1.3M at exchange rates prevailing in late 2021, close enough to $1.26M that the two entries may describe the same money rather than two distinct raises.
- The trackers do not agree with each other.GetLatka states plainly that it has no funding information for Dashlabs.ai and lists funding as $0, while PitchBook and Bouncewatch both show a priced seed round and an accelerator check. For a private Manila company with no SEC filing to check against, that gap is a reminder that these databases pull from different, sometimes stale, sources.
- The cap table leans Philippine and Asian development finance, not US venture.Of the five investors PitchBook names, JG Summit Holdings and Summit Publishing Company are affiliates of the Gokongwei family’s JG Summit conglomerate, and ADB Ventures is the venture arm of the Asian Development Bank. Good News Ventures and Immeasurable round out the list. None of the five is a US-based venture fund.
- A US mailing address does not mean a US filing.PitchBook lists a “Corporate Office” at 3790 El Camino Real, Unit 508, Palo Alto, CA, a shared-office style address. The company’s own site carries the copyright line “Dashboard Labs Corporation” and a Mandaluyong City, Philippines address, and no SEC filing under either name was found, so the Palo Alto listing looks like a mailing or registered-agent address rather than evidence of a US securities filing.

What to watch
- Whether a Form D or any SEC filing appears under Dashboard Labs Corporation or a related entity as fundraising continues.
- Whether GetLatka’s $0 funding figure gets corrected to match the rounds other trackers report.
- Resolution of the 30 to 34 versus 60 employee count gap between GetLatka and PitchBook.
- Named investors and a dollar figure for any round after the reported February 2022 deal.
