Gradia Health
A $4.2 million seed round announced in July 2023 is the only funding event Gradia Health has confirmed in the press. No Form D notice for the company was found in SEC EDGAR, and three separate sources give three different totals for how much it has actually raised.
Data as of September 25, 2026. Company-reported figures are labeled.

What the filings show
No Form D notice for Gradia Health, or for any company plausibly named after it, appears in SEC EDGAR’s company search or its full text search as of September 25, 2026. A search of EDGAR’s company database for the string “gradia” returns no exact match, only four unrelated companies with similar spellings (Gradiance Corp, Gradian Diagnostics Inc, Gradiant Corp and gRadiant Research, LLC), none tied to Gradia Health. A full text search of EDGAR filings for the phrase “Gradia Health” also returned zero results.
That absence does not prove the 2023 round did not happen. Companies that raise under Section 4(a)(2) instead of Regulation D file no Form D at all, and a filing made under a differently spelled legal entity name, or under one of the three headquarters addresses attached to this company (San Francisco, Orlando or New York City), would not surface in a search on “Gradia.” What can be said is that, unlike companies that file promptly, Gradia Health has left no visible federal paper trail for its reported seed round.
Reading the numbers
- Three totals, no reconciliation. The 2023 press release and its syndication describe a single $4.2 million seed round. Forbes’ December 2025 profile puts total raised at $5.8 million. PitchBook logs three separate rounds, the accelerator check, an undisclosed Jul 2022 seed, and the Jul 2023 seed, for a combined $6.83 million. No source explains the gap between any two of these figures.
- The arithmetic implies an unreported middle round.PitchBook’s $6.83 million total, minus the $125,000 accelerator check and the disclosed $4.2 million from 2023, leaves about $2.5 million attributed to the undisclosed July 2022 seed round that PitchBook lists with no amount of its own. That figure has not been confirmed anywhere else.
- The accelerator check is the one number that lines up.PitchBook dates a $125,000 accelerator investment to Jan 1, 2021, in line with the standard size of a Y Combinator check at the time and the company’s placement in the Winter 2021 batch.
- No Form D means no independent check on the round size. For a company with a Form D on file, the amount sold and the number of investors offer a way to sanity check a press release. Without one, the $4.2 million figure rests entirely on the company’s own announcement and its syndication, not on a filed document.
- Headquarters confusion complicates any further search.Businesswire, FinSMEs and the company’s LinkedIn page list San Francisco. PitchBook’s own contact record lists a corporate office in Orlando, FL, matching Tracxn and the Orlando dateline on the VC News Daily writeup of the 2023 round. Y Combinator’s company page lists New York City. A Form D tied to any one of these addresses, filed under a slightly different company name, would require a separate search to find.
- Revenue trails the raise.GetLatka’s estimated $1.1 million in 2024 revenue, against $4.2 million raised in 2023 and a reported 2 to 9 person team depending on the source, is consistent with a company still spending down its seed round rather than one that has reached scale.

What to watch
- A Form D or amendment that would reconcile the $4.2 million announced against PitchBook’s $6.83 million total.
- Confirmation of a single headquarters, given three different addresses on file across sources.
- Any named payer contract or Medicare program detail following Forbes’ description of a Medicare patient focus.
- A new funding announcement. None has surfaced in any source checked since Jul 2023.
