What the filings show

No Form D appears for FastFarma or Fastfarma on SEC EDGAR. A company search on EDGAR for “fastfarma” returns no matching companies as of September 25, 2026. That is expected for a company that never raised from US investors through a Regulation D offering registered in its own name, and it means every dollar figure below comes from press reporting or deal-tracking sites, not from a federal filing.

Reading the numbers

  1. The clearest number is small. The only figure with a specific dollar amount tied to a source is Y Combinator’s $125,000 investment, reported by Forbes Ecuador in January 2022. Everything else raised by FastFarma, an additional 2021 round and later checks from named funds, is undisclosed in public reporting.
  2. The last recorded investment sits close to the shutdown.Deal-tracking site Parsers.vc lists a Magma Partners investment dated June 16, 2022, about six months before FastFarma’s December 2022 communique announcing it was closing in every market and returning capital to investors.
  3. No federal filing checks any of it.An EDGAR company search for “fastfarma” returns no matching companies, so the $125,000 figure, the undisclosed additional round, and the identities of BuenTrip Ventures, Axial VC and Magma Partners as investors rest entirely on press coverage and third-party deal-tracking data, not on a Form D or any other SEC record.
  4. Announced growth and a later revenue estimate do not reconcile.Forbes Ecuador reported about $300,000 in full year 2021 revenue, growing 40% a month by January 2022, with the founders expecting to beat that total in the first four months of 2022. A GetLatka estimate instead shows $2.9 million in revenue and 19 employees for 2024, two years after the company said it had closed operations in every market. No source resolves the gap.
  5. The company said it would return capital, not that it lost it.The December 2022 communique specifically promised to “devolver el capital a los inversionistas,” language describing a wind-down with repayment rather than a bankruptcy. No public record shows how much was returned, to whom, or when.
