What the filings show
Nothing. A search of SEC EDGAR’s company search and its full text search system for “Adentris,” “Adentris Inc,” the company’s earlier name “WorkDone” and &ldquotWorkDone Health,” and the surnames Karpov, Yudovskiy, and Odin returned zero results as of September 24, 2026. No Form D, no Form D/A, and no other filing appears under any of those names. That is true even though the company’s own blog describes a $1.8 million pre-seed round that closed in April 2025, an event that, if raised under Regulation D, would normally require a Form D within 15 days of the first sale of securities.
Reading the record
- No primary source exists to check the company’s number against.Adentris says it raised $1.8 million by April 2025. There is no Form D, no state blue sky filing found, and no other government record that confirms the amount, the investors, or the date.
- The aggregators do not agree with the company or with each other.Tracxn estimates about $4 million raised across two rounds; PitchBook separately puts total funding at $2.3 million and lists 15 investors, most of them accelerators and small funds rather than the named angels (Ryan Chan, Eric Norman) and funds (Pioneer Fund, DVC, Fjor) in the company’s own release. A gap this size, roughly $2.2 million between the low and high estimate, is larger than the entire pre-seed round the company describes.
- The absence of a Form D does not prove nothing was raised.Companies that raise entirely under a private placement exemption other than Regulation D, or that raise through convertible instruments structured to avoid triggering a Form D requirement, can legally close a round without ever filing one. The gap is a hole in the public record, not proof the company’s claim is false.
- Y Combinator’s own investment is the one figure with a paper trail, sort of.YC discloses a standard deal structure for its batch companies generally, but Adentris’s own YC page does not state the dollar amount YC put in, and no Form D names YC as an investor either.
- Two names for the company complicate any future search.Independent aggregator profiles state Adentris originally operated as WorkDone Health, which is consistent with a company blog post that still contains a WorkDone-branded sentence and an email address at wrkdn.com in its raw text. A Form D search under the old name also returned nothing, so the rebrand does not explain the gap.

What to watch
- A Form D, under Adentris’s current name, for the pre-seed round or any later round.
- Whether Tracxn or PitchBook revise their total funding figures toward each other or toward the company’s own $1.8 million disclosure.
- Named customers beyond behavioral health and SUD treatment, which would support the higher revenue and ARR pilot figures the company has described.
- Confirmation of a single headquarters address; company materials say San Francisco while PitchBook and Tracxn both list a Reno, NV corporate office.
